Good place with its Wi-Fi, outdoor swimming pool, 24-hour reception, and coffee shop. On my first stay, the staff even helped me with directions to attractions. I'm already looking forward to coming back for Christmas!

Fully-equipped and brand-new units with a balcony, space for the whole family and good value for money, and the staff were top-class...

During my stay, I was focused on exploring Ao Nang Beach, which was just a short walk away, and it was perfect for relaxing. I really enjoyed the breakfast options. They had a variety of delicious dishes, including a great flat coffee that I loved! The room was spacious and accommodated my family perfectly with a bunk bed for the kids and a comfortable king-sized bed for us. Having a children’s play area in the hotel was a nice touch, even if it could be a bit noisy at times.

Clean room and nice breakfast
After staying in bungalows for weeks we decided to book ourselves in a bit more of a luxury the hotel for the last nights...the hotel itself was awfull, dirty and old, no bar. Upon arrival we have been upgraded (thats what they said!!!) after asking for a beach view. Where is the beach? Miles out, you cant even see it!!! The next thing: right in front of our upgraded luxury room, which was tiny and hot, we had the towns biggest bar strip and no sleep was possible. One night and we left the hotel and decided to stay in a small little non luxury bungalow - which was quiet and great!!! Dont stay in this hotel!!!

Y'all, this place was cozy like a warm Southern hug. The rooftop pool had a view, made my heart sing, and the staff? Bless their hearts, they treated me like family! Room was clean and comfy, perfect after a day of adventures. Just wish the breakfast had a lil' more variety, you know?

The place was neat with a nice design and supper friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast spread was delicious with great coffee. The location of the hotel was particularly good, in everything.
As for me, the area was really noisy.

I was almost ready to leave a glowing review, but not when i couldn't sleep, thanks to the group of loud men. And the breakfast? Such a narrow choice, especially for those avoiding pork. One would expect at least a complimentary gesture for these inconveniences. I shant be returning, as i deserve better than this!

Good location! Good breakfast :)
Staff was quite passive. Cityview balcony was noisy!

all I can say is the staff were excellent and friendly,
ants on breakfast tables, cockroaches in room used for dining, but at night, and if this was a de luxe room, god knows what the basic room was like, supposed to have sea view, looked out on car park and jungle

comfortable, comfortable, comfortable
I loved the super comfy beds that provided the perfect night's sleep after a day of exploring! The pool was a hidden gem-we literally had it all to ourselves and enjoyed the sunshine on the sun terrace. The restaurant served nice food at a reasonable price.
100% recommend 😊❤️

It is not overly expensive.
The hotel is right opposite the local red light district and the windows are not properly sound proof. As long as you do not want to find some sleep before 3am, it is OK. If you mind to sleep before, go to another hotel.
